At G & J Diesel, we treat our customers the way we’d want to be treated—clearly, fairly, and
honestly. Please review this return policy in full before initiating any return or core refund.
Product Returns🔁
Return Guidelines:
Returns must be securely packaged in an outer shipping carton.
Do not write on or attach labels directly to the product packaging—only mark the outer
shipping box.
Returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RMA) clearly marked on the
outside. Packages without an RMA will be refused.
Returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date (verified by tracking).
Products must be new, unopened, and in resellable condition, including all original
packaging, manuals, accessories, and factory plastic wrap intact.
All returns are subject to inspection. Credit may be refused or a 25% restocking fee may
apply.
Special-order items are non-returnable.
Original shipping and protection fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns may be eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange for the same part number
only.
Credit Will Not Be Issued If:❌
Product is opened, installed, or used
Factory plastic wrap has been removed
Product was damaged during installation or handling
Original packaging, manuals, or components are missing
Seal on electrical components is broken
Serial number does not match original shipment
Product is not in resellable condition
